Helping Children and Families Thrive
Since 2020, HTH Inc. has brought young people and families together to support children and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Through youth-led fundraising, supply drives, enrichment activities, and community partnerships, we help provide essential items, summer opportunities, and moments of joy.
Our Beginning
HTH began in 2020, when 13-year-old Maxine Acosta turned her birthday into a service project. She raised $1,000 and collected summer camp supplies for children at Rainbow Village and Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter. What began as one young person’s effort grew into an ongoing youth-led commitment to serving local children and families.
How We Help
Our youth volunteers organize fundraisers and supply drives, shop for and pack essential items, and lead summer enrichment activities. Working with community partners, we support children with summer camp supplies, school essentials, creative activities, and opportunities to feel included and celebrated.
